Votre mission

En tant que Team Leader Logistique, vous êtes responsable de la coordination quotidienne des activités de préparation de commandes. Vous veillez à l'organisation optimale des ressources afin de garantir le traitement des commandes dans les délais et le départ ponctuel des chauffeurs.

Vos responsabilités

  • Organiser et superviser les activités quotidiennes de picking
  • Répartir efficacement les ressources humaines et matérielles en fonction des priorités
  • Encadrer, accompagner et motiver une équipe d'environ 15 collaborateurs
  • Favoriser un climat de travail basé sur le respect, l'entraide et la performance collective
  • Veiller au respect des procédures de travail, des règles de sécurité et des standards de qualité
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus afin d'optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance et réaliser les reportings nécessaires
  • Être présent sur le terrain et apporter un soutien opérationnel lorsque cela est nécessaire
  • Reporter directement au Responsable Logistique

Vous êtes un leader positif, capable de fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs communs tout en gardant une forte orientation résultats.

Vous disposez idéalement de :

✔ Une expérience avec un ERP ou un système de gestion des commandes

✔ Une bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de reporting

✔ Une capacité à analyser les données et à identifier les tendances liées aux stocks et à l'activité

✔ Un excellent sens de l'organisation et des priorités

✔ Une expérience en gestion d'équipe et de solides compétences en leadership

✔ Une approche rigoureuse, structurée et orientée qualité

✔ Un esprit pragmatique et orienté solutions

✔ Une bonne capacité à collaborer avec différents départements internes

✔ Une excellente résistance au stress dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique

✔ Un sens des responsabilités développé et une attitude proactive

✔ Une disponibilité pour travailler en équipe fixe de nuit, du dimanche au jeudi, avec une prise de poste à 18h00
