Ben jij een geboren people manager met een passie voor logistiek? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team en het behalen van operationele doelstellingen? Dan is deze uitdaging in onze nachtploeg misschien wel iets voor jou.

Jouw uitdaging Als Teamleader Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele coördinatie van onze pickingactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de bestellingen correct en tijdig verwerkt worden zodat onze chauffeurs volgens planning kunnen vertrekken. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de pickingactiviteiten
  • Efficiënt inzetten van medewerkers en middelen
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 15 magazijnmedewerkers
  • Creëren van een positieve werksfeer gebaseerd op respect en samenwerking
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en werkinstructies
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en efficiëntieprojecten
  • Opvolgen van operationele KPI's en rapportering aan de Logistiek Manager
  • Hands-on ondersteuning waar nodig op de werkvloer

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen laat groeien.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

✔ Ervaring met ERP-systemen of orderverwerkingssystemen

✔ Goede kennis van Excel en basis rapporteringstools

✔ Analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om voorraadtrends te interpreteren

✔ Een resultaatgerichte mindset en focus op deadlines

✔ Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en coachende aanpak

✔ Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze

✔ Probleemoplossend vermogen en zin voor initiatief

✔ Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden met interne afdelingen

✔ Stressbestendigheid tijdens piekmomenten

✔ Flexibiliteit om te werken in een vaste nachtploeg (zondag t.e.m. donderdag vanaf 18u)
