Als keukenverantwoordelijke sta je in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van de keuken. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt en waakt over de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en presentatie van de gerechten. Daarnaast stuur je een gevarieerd keukenteam aan en werk je zelf actief mee op de werkvloer.

Jouw takenpakket:

• Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse keukenwerking.

• Je stuurt een team van vaste medewerkers, jobstudenten en fleximedewerkers aan, motiveert hen en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.

• Je werkt actief mee in de keuken en springt bij waar nodig, zeker tijdens drukke momenten.

• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, smaak, presentatie en snelheid van de gerechten.

• Je ondersteunt de horecamanager bij de operationele opvolging en personeelsplanning.

• Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en samenwerking tussen de keuken en de zaal.

• Je volgt eventuele klachten op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

• Je plaatst bestellingen en staat in voor het voorraadbeheer.

• Je controleert leveringen, leverbonnen en stockniveaus.

• Je waakt over een efficiënt voorraadbeheer en beperkt voedselverspilling.

• Je ziet toe op de naleving van de HACCP-, veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.

Ben jij een ervaren horecaprofessional met leidinggevende capaciteiten?

• Je hebt relevante ervaring als kok binnen een professionele keuken.

• Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een leidinggevende of verantwoordelijke functie.

• Je weet medewerkers te motiveren, begeleiden en op een constructieve manier bij te sturen.

• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met anderen.

• Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en steekt zelf graag de handen uit de mouwen.

• Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.

• Je kan prioriteiten stellen en werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.

• Je hebt een passie voor horeca, koken en gastvrijheid.

• Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om gemiddeld één weekend op twee operationeel aanwezig te zijn.
