Omschrijving vacature Voor één van onze klanten zijn wij op zoek naar een Chef de partie voor een bistro in Sint-Truiden.

Ben jij gepassioneerd door koken en werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als Chef de partie sta je mee in voor de goede werking van de keuken en zorg je ervoor dat gerechten correct, verzorgd en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteit worden bereid. Je werkt mee aan een gevarieerd takenpakket binnen een warme horecazaak waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • bewaken van de uniformiteit en kwaliteit van de menukaart
  • uitvoeren van mise-en-place en afwerking van gerechten
  • samenwerken met het keukenteam
  • controleren en ontvangen van bestellingen
  • bijdragen aan het uitwerken van nieuwe gerechten
  • nauwkeurig toepassen van de HACCP-regels
  • mee instaan voor orde en netheid in de keuken en in de bistro
  • correct en klantgericht handelen bij problemen of klachten

Je wordt begeleid door een ervaren kok en ondersteund door de horecamanager. Je werkt in een 6-dagenweek met een flexibel uurrooster.

Je hebt een passie voor koken en werkt graag met voeding Je bent creatief en denkt mee na over gerechten en verbeteringen Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed in team Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig Je hecht veel belang aan orde, netheid en hygiëne Je bent stressbestendig en klantgericht Je bent hulpvaardig en denkt in oplossingen

Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om mee in te staan voor de netheid van de bistro
