Alors ce poste de Teamlead Mécanicien est fait pour vous, où vous contribuez à la construction d'une flotte de camions fiable et performante.

En tant que Teamleader Mécanicien, vous êtes responsable de l'organisation et du suivi des activités mécaniques au sein de l'atelier et vous assurez l'encadrement et le soutien quotidiens de l'équipe de mécaniciens, notamment :

  • Garantir la continuité au sein de l'atelier et l'exécution qualitative de tous les travaux mécaniques
  • Encadrer une équipe d'environ 10 techniciens et assurer une collaboration et un suivi efficaces
  • Assurer le rôle de back-up du Technical Manager
  • Veiller à la sécurité, à l'ordre et à la propreté sur le lieu de travail
  • Organiser et suivre la planification quotidienne selon les priorités
  • Gérer les budgets techniques (ETP et maintenance) de manière efficace
  • Assurer une occupation du personnel et une planification optimales
  • Participer à un système de permanence téléphonique en rotation
  • Rapporter directement au Maintenance & Technical Manager

Dan is deze functie als Teamlead Mecanicien iets voor jou, waar je mee bouwt aan een betrouwbaar en sterk draaiend vrachtwagenpark.

Als Teamleader Mecanicien sta je in voor de organisatie en opvolging van de mechanische activiteiten binnen de garage en bied je dagelijkse begeleiding en ondersteuning aan het team van mecaniciens, waaronder:

  • Verzekeren van de continuïteit in de garage en de kwalitatieve uitvoering van alle mechanische werken
  • Aansturen van een team van ±10 technici en zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking en opvolging
  • Fungeren als back-up voor de Technical Manager
  • Waken over veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning volgens prioriteiten
  • Beheren van technische budgetten (FTE en onderhoud) op een efficiënte manier
  • Zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting en planning
  • Deelnemen aan een beurtrol voor telefonische permanentie
  • Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Maintenance & Technical Manager

Qu'attendons-nous de vous ?

  • Quelques années d'expérience dans un environnement mécanique, de préférence dans une fonction de management
  • Solides compétences en gestion d'équipe (people management), avec de l'expérience dans l'encadrement, le soutien et la motivation de collaborateurs
  • Large connaissance de la mécanique poids lourds
  • Bon communicant, avec une bonne maîtrise du français et des connaissances de base en néerlandais
  • Esprit flexible et pas une mentalité de 9h à 17h
  • Résistant au stress, motivé et doté d'un fort sens des responsabilités

  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een mechanische omgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol
  • Sterke People manager met ervaring in het aansturen/ondersteunen en motiveren van teams
  • Brede kennis van vrachtwagenmechanica
  • Vlotte communicator met een goede kennis van Frans, basiskennis Nederlands
  • Flexibel ingesteld en geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit
  • Stressbestendig, gedreven en sterk in het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid
