The posting

Voor een klant actief in de grootkeuken en maaltijdproductie zijn wij op zoek naar een sterke en gemotiveerde medewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Je komt terecht in een professionele keuken waar op grote schaal maaltijden worden bereid voor onder andere scholen. Dit is een fysiek intensieve functie waarbij teamwork, inzet en een goed werktempo essentieel zijn.

Je werkt mee aan de bereiding en verwerking van grote hoeveelheden voeding. Je helpt onder andere bij de bereiding van aardappelen, vlees, sauzen en soep.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Meehelpen met de voorbereiding en bereiding van aardappelen, vlees, sauzen en soep
  • Werken met grote kookketels van ongeveer 500 liter
  • Verwerken en verplaatsen van grote hoeveelheden en verpakkingen
  • Afvullen van bereide maaltijden in isotherme boxen
  • Klaarmaken van maaltijden die vervolgens naar scholen worden geleverd
  • Verschillende productietaken uitvoeren volgens de planning
  • Meewerken waar nodig en collega's ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je werkpost en keukenomgeving netjes en hygiënisch houden
  • Nauw samenwerken met het volledige keukenteam
