Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwelkomt gasten met een glimlach en zorgt voor een professionele en warme ontvangst.
  • Je verzorgt het inchecken en uitchecken van hotelgasten.
  • Je beantwoordt telefoons en e-mails en verwerkt reservaties in het hotelreservatiesysteem OPERA.
  • Je beheert betalingen, facturatie en de kassa op een nauwkeurige manier.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, verzoeken en klachten van gasten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met housekeeping, het restaurant en de teams die instaan voor groepen en evenementen.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte dienstverlening en een optimale gastenbeleving.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over minstens een basiskennis Frans. Een goede kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van Duits is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen, een vriendelijke uitstraling en een sterke klantgerichte houding.
  • Je bent leergierig en pikt nieuwe procedures en systemen snel op.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je comfortabel bij financiële taken, betalingen en facturatie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en kan goed multitasken.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving.
  • Je bent bereid om in wisselende shiften te werken, zowel tijdens de week als in het weekend en op feestdagen.
  • Ervaring in de hotelsector is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde starters met de juiste attitude zijn welkom.
