Voor een toonaangevende logistieke speler in de regio Willebroek zijn wij op zoek naar een Europees Transportplanner. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat goederen tijdig en efficiënt hun bestemming bereiken binnen Europa. Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Als Europees Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van internationale transporten.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Dagelijks plannen en organiseren van transporten binnen Europa
  • Analyseren van transportaanvragen en zoeken naar de meest efficiënte transportoplossingen
  • Onderhouden van contacten met transporteurs, klanten en interne afdelingen
  • Opvolgen van transportdossiers van aanvraag tot succesvolle levering
  • Administratief verwerken en controleren van transportgegevens
  • Snel en adequaat inspelen op wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, kostenefficiëntie en levertermijnen
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisaties binnen de transport- en planningsprocessen

Wij zoeken een gedreven kandidaat die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistiek of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Een sterke interesse in logistiek en transport
  • Een analytische en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en rustig te blijven onder tijdsdruk
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve werkhouding
  • Nauwkeurigheid in administratieve opvolging
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Basiskennis Frans is een mooie troef
  • Teamspirit gecombineerd met zelfstandigheid
