Bij Dajobs Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een tweetalige Recruitment Consultant Frans/Nederlands om de Brusselse kantoren te ondersteunen bij het zoeken naar en selecteren van talenten, zowel voor arbeidersfuncties als voor bediendenprofielen.

Jouw missie

Binnen onze Brusselse rekruteringscel speel je een sleutelrol in het identificeren en begeleiden van de beste talenten.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via verschillende rekruteringskanalen;

Telefonische screenings uitvoeren en sollicitatiegesprekken voeren;

Aantrekkelijke en relevante kandidatenvoorstellingen opstellen;

Administratief beheer van rekruteringsdossiers;

Uitbouwen van commerciële contacten met prospecten en klanten;

Deelnemen aan jobdagen, jobbeurzen en rekruteringsevenementen.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie:

Beheers je het Frans en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

Ben je nieuwsgierig en ontdek je graag uiteenlopende beroepen;

Bouw je vlot vertrouwensrelaties op met je gesprekspartners;

Ben je goed georganiseerd en in staat meerdere prioriteiten tegelijk te beheren;

Herken je jezelf in de waarden van Dajobs: "Welcome to the Family" en "We Love Solutions".

Wij staan open voor juniorprofielen met beperkte ervaring. Een vlotte schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid en basiskennis van informatica (Office-pakket, e-mails, enz.) zijn echter vereist.
