Daarom is DaJobs doorlopend op zoek naar Junior HR Consultants die onze kantoren in Vlaanderen willen versterken.Als Junior HR Consultant bij interimkantoor DaJobs breng je werkzoekenden en bedrijven samen. Je zoekt, screent en plaatst kandidaten. Daarnaast bouw je mee aan het klantennetwerk van je kantoor: je volgt bestaande klanten op en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe bedrijven om mee samen te werken.Jouw taken:

  • Kandidaten werven, screenen en interviewen.
  • De juiste match maken tussen kandidaat en vacature.
  • Nieuwe klanten aanbrengen en bestaande klanten in jouw regio opvolgen.
  • Contracten, planning en administratie opvolgen.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt voortdurend tussen kandidaten, klanten en je eigen planning.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur met een commerciële, administratieve of HR-kant.
  • Je weet wat aanpakken is, bijvoorbeeld van een studentenjob of je eerste job.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en hebt energie om hard te werken.
  • Je denkt commercieel en haalt energie uit contact met mensen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt meerdere zaken tegelijk op en blijft rustig als de planning verandert.
  • Een rijbewijs B en kennis van Frans of Engels zijn mooi meegenomen.
