Onze uitzendorganisatie is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Winkelverantwoordelijke (m/v/x) voor één van onze klanten, een grote supermarktketen in de regio Alsemberg, Beersel en Machelen.

Ben jij een geboren leider, werk je graag in een dynamische winkelomgeving en weet je hoe je een team motiveert? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Jouw taken

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel.
  • Je stuurt en motiveert het winkelteam.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel ordelijk, netjes en commercieel aantrekkelijk is.
  • Je volgt de voorraad, bestellingen en bevoorrading op.
  • Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Je maakt de planning op en volgt de prestaties van het team op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de procedures inzake veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit correct worden nageleefd.
  • Je behandelt vragen en eventuele klachten van klanten op een professionele manier.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van de winkel of regiomanager.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in retail, supermarkt of als leidinggevende.
  • Je bent klantgericht, georganiseerd en stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en weet collega's te motiveren.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Een goede kennis van beide talen is belangrijk voor de communicatie met klanten en medewerkers.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om volgens een variabel uurrooster te werken, inclusief weekends.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer en bent bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen de regio Alsemberg, Beersel en Machelen.
