Job Description

The Sales Representative – Level 1 provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily sales activities. The role is responsible for maintaining sales records, preparing reports, processing sales documentation, and supporting Sales Executives and Managers in achieving business objectives. The position works under general supervision while following established sales procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Sales Department to ensure business continuity.
  • Follow company sales policies, procedures, and guidelines in all assigned tasks.
  • Assist Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers in achieving sales objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to maintain an organized and efficient sales operation.
  • Prepare, compile, and distribute sales reports and other required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company's sales systems and databases.
  • Process sales-related documentation, quotations, invoices, and customer records accurately and on time.
  • Collect and organize sales data for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for sales-related information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements and sales activities.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.

Skills

  • Basic understanding of sales operations and business processes.
  • Data collection, reporting, and basic analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
