Dallmayr Vending \& Office Suisse propose aux entreprises des solutions complètes autour du café, des distributeurs automatiques et de l’approvisionnement. Avec six succursales et environ 330 collaborateurs, nous sommes présents dans toute la Suisse et plaçons la qualité, le service client et la responsabilité sociale au cœur de nos activités.

Responsabilités

  • Vous développez la stratégie technique et faites évoluer notre parc de machines.
  • Vous êtes responsable de l’évaluation et de l’introduction de nouveaux distributeurs, technologies et solutions techniques.
  • Vous pilotez les systèmes de paiement, la connectivité et l’IoT et identifiez le potentiel de nouvelles technologies comme l’IA pour nos processus et services.
  • Vous définissez des standards, processus et exigences de qualité techniques uniformes à l’échelle nationale.
  • Vous dirigez votre propre équipe ainsi que les responsables techniques régionaux et favorisez la collaboration entre nos succursales.
  • Vous pilotez des projets techniques et transversaux et collaborez étroitement avec les ventes, les fabricants, les fournisseurs et les partenaires technologiques.

Qualifications

  • Formation technique ou études supérieures, par exemple en ingénierie, électrotechnique, automatisation ou mécatronique.
  • Plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle et de management dans une fonction technique comparable.
  • Bonnes connaissances des distributeurs automatiques, de l’IoT, des systèmes connectés et des technologies numériques ; connaissances en IA et en systèmes de paiement, un atout.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, forte capacité d’initiative, flexibilité et approche résolument pratique.
  • Excellentes compétences sociales et communicationnelles ainsi qu’un style de management valorisant et motivant.
  • çais ou allemand comme langue maternelle, avec de très bonnes connaissances de l’autre langue ; italien, un atout.
  • disponibilité et volonté d’effectuer régulièrement des déplacements dans toute la Suisse.
