In dieser Schlüsselposition berichten Sie direkt an den CEO und gestalten die technologische Zukunft von Dallmayr Vending \& Office Schweiz mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln die technische Strategie und treiben die Weiterentwicklung unseres Maschinenparks voran.
  • Sie verantworten die Evaluation und Einführung neuer Automaten, Technologien und technischer Lösungen.
  • Sie steuern Zahlungssysteme, Konnektivität und IoT und erkennen Potenziale neuer Technologien wie KI für unsere Prozesse und Dienstleistungen.
  • Sie definieren schweizweit einheitliche technische Standards, Prozesse und Qualitätsanforderungen.
  • Sie führen Ihr eigenes Team sowie die regionalen Technikleiter und fördern die Zusammenarbeit zwischen unseren Niederlassungen.
  • Sie leiten technische und bereichsübergreifende Projekte und arbeiten eng mit Verkauf, Herstellern, Lieferanten und Technologiepartnern zusammen.

Qualifikationen

  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium, z. B. in Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Automation oder Mechatronik.
  • Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Automaten, IoT, vernetzten Systemen und digitalen Technologien; Kenntnisse in KI und Zahlungssystemen von Vorteil.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität.
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender und motivierender Führungsstil.
  • Deutsch oder ösisch als Muttersprache mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache; Italienisch von Vorteil. Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Bereitschaft für regelmässige Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz.
  • Führerausweis der Kategorie B
