The posting

**Product Management at Dalux, Innovating the Construction Industry

**Dalux continues to grow rapidly, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of BIM and make complex building information accessible and useful to everyone in construction.

As a Product Manager at Dalux, you’ll operate at the intersection of customer needs, technology, and business strategy. You’ll take ownership of the product roadmap and collaborate closely with Product Design and Development teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing BIM experiences.

You’ll play a key role in evolving how our users view, navigate, understand, and collaborate around building models. Combining an understanding of BIM, UI/UX, and computer graphics, you’ll help turn complex technical capabilities into tools that work effortlessly for our users.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Discovery: Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Customer Insights: Work closely with users to understand their BIM workflows, uncover pain points, and translate feedback into meaningful product improvements.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with Product Design to make complex BIM interactions intuitive, from navigating 3D models to finding and understanding building information.
  • BIM and Visualization: Work with engineers on model visualization and interaction, balancing visual quality, responsiveness, and performance when handling large and complex building models.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to deliver cohesive experiences across Dalux products.
  • Feature Ownership: Lead new features from discovery and definition through development, delivery, and validation with users.
  • Product Strategy: Help define the direction of BIM at Dalux, identifying opportunities and deciding where we should invest to deliver the greatest value.

**What To Expect As a Daluxian

**At Dalux, we offer a creative, collaborative, and supportive environment where your ideas make an impact. Here’s what you can look forward to as part of our team:

  • A central location in Copenhagen, a focus on work/life balance, and no dress code.
  • An active social environment with monthly events and social clubs.
  • A flat organization with open communication, a short path from idea to product, and the creative freedom and trust to create tangible value for our users.
  • A highly specialized, international team with room for creativity and professional growth.
  • A strong focus on diversity and inclusion, where your ideas are heard and opportunities are available to all.
  • Attractive employee benefits, including health insurance, a lunch plan, coffee and fruit, free fitness facilities, and free parking.
  • Support for your professional development and personal well-being.

**About You

**We believe you have a solid background in product management and experience working closely with software development teams, preferably on SaaS platforms. You’re curious about how technology works and motivated by making sophisticated tools easy to use.

We also believe you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in product management, taking products or features from discovery to delivery.
  • Have a background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Understand BIM workflows and how building models and their data are used across design, construction, and operations.
  • Have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and can work with designers to evaluate interaction flows, challenge unnecessary complexity, and validate solutions with users.
  • Have a working understanding of computer graphics concepts such as 3D geometry, rendering, and model interaction, enabling you to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.
  • Can balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, particularly where usability, model complexity, and performance meet.
  • Are comfortable working in agile development environments and prioritizing based on user insights and product outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and fluently in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with IFC, BIM viewers, or other software for working with 3D models would be an advantage.

**Ready for the next step?

**If we have managed to pique your interest, we would love to hear from you. Send us your motivated CV and an application.

We review applications on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application today.

**About Dalux

**Founded in 2005, Dalux is a Danish Contech company revolutionizing the construction industry with innovative software built on geometric processing and 3D computer graphics. Despite being the world’s second-largest industry, construction remains one of the least digitalized, with only 30% of onsite time spent on actual building tasks. At Dalux, we’re changing this by providing end-to-end solutions that streamline the entire lifecycle of a building—from design and construction to maintenance and eventual demolition—reducing waste, time, and costs.

We stay ahead by using cutting-edge technology, including cloud solutions, drones, computer vision, and AI, to transform how the construction industry works. Over the last five years, we’ve grown by 60% annually and now have over 700 employees across 50+ offices in more than 25 countries. All product development takes place in our Østerbro, Copenhagen office, where we focus on building the future of construction technology. We place great value on our strong social community and close collaboration with colleagues, which is why we primarily work from our Copenhagen location.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
