Als Mitglied unseres Sales & Marketing Teams gestalten Sie aktiv das Wachstum in der DACH-Region mit - unserem wichtigsten Markt. Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere deutschsprachigen Kundinnen und Kunden – und begleiten sie von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Anwendung von deepLive™ im Alltag.

Kunden-Onboarding

  • Koordination der Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme unseres deepLive™-Systems beim Kunden (Krankenhäuser, Kliniken und Privatpraxen)
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für einen reibungslosen Start

Kundenerfolg

  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und kontinuierliche Betreuung zur optimalen Nutzung des Systems
  • Überwachung und Förderung der technischen und klinischen Kompetenzen der Kunden
  • Mitgestaltung und Durchführung von Anwenderclubs und Workshops auf Kongressen sowie Förderung des Austauschs zwischen den Usern

Kundensupport

  • Technischer First-Level-Support zur schnellen Lösung von Kundenanfragen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unserem globalen technischen Supportteam

📍 Deutschlandweite Remote-Position – ca. 1/3 der Arbeitszeit vor Ort bei Kunden (95 % innerhalb Deutschlands). Regelmäßige Reisen zu Kongressen und gelegentlich zum Hauptsitz in Paris.

Profil

  • Sie bringen mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit – etwa als Application Specialist, im Bereich Customer Experience oder im technischen Support – oder haben einschlägige Praktika im Bereich Medizintechnik oder Gesundheitswesen absolviert.
  • Deutsch sprechen Sie auf Muttersprachniveau, und auch auf Englisch oder Französisch bewegen Sie sich sicher im beruflichen Kontext.
  • Sie kennen sich in der Medizintechnik bestens aus und erfassen auch komplexe technische Zusammenhänge schnell.
  • Ihre Präsentationen überzeugen, und Schulungen gestalten Sie klar, verständlich und zielgruppenorientiert.
  • Sie überzeugen durch ein gutes Gespür für Menschen sowie durch medizinische Fachkompetenz.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und finden auch in komplexen Situationen pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Mit Zahlen können Sie umgehen, Berichte verständlich aufbereiten und digitale Tools gehören für Sie zum Alltag.
