At Damas Jewellery, we collaborate with world-renowned international brands to bring exceptional luxury, craftsmanship, and heritage to the region. As part of our joint venture, we are looking for an ambitious and sophisticated Sales Consultant to serve as a brand ambassador for one of our prestigious international partners.

In this role, you will do more than sell fine jewelry and luxury timepieces—you will curate memorable client experiences, tell the story of iconic heritage, and build long-lasting relationships with a global, high-net-worth clientele.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Exceptional Clienteling & Experience: Welcome boutique guests with warmth, sophistication, and flawless service. Curate personalized styling and consultation sessions tailored to high-end client preferences.
  • Be the Brand Storyteller: Master the history, craftsmanship, gemstone knowledge, and artistry of our international joint venture brand, passionately sharing this story with clients.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence: Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce novel collections.
  • Build & Maintain VIP Relationships: Maintain an active client book (CRM), engaging key clients through personalized follow-ups, previews of new collections, private appointments, and exclusive brand events.
  • Uphold Luxury Boutique Standards: Ensure visual merchandising, product display, layout, and lighting meet the exacting international luxury standards of the brand and Damas.
  • Ensure Operational Precision: Manage inventory counts, strict stock security protocols, POS operations, and order tracking in compliance with internal luxury retail controls.
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Work seamlessly with the broader boutique team, marketing, and joint-venture brand leadership to elevate the overall store performance and brand positioning.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years of high-performing retail sales experience within luxury jewelry, fine watches, high fashion, or premium retail across the GCC/UAE market.
  • Product Expertise: Strong understanding of fine craftsmanship, precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones (GIA background or luxury watch certification is a plus).
  • Communication & Presence: Polished interpersonal skills, executive presence, and a natural ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and VIP clients.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin is highly preferred given our diverse international client base.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Proven track record in personal clienteling, client data management, and building repeat business.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced luxury boutique environment with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
