Als inhabergeführte kreative Full-Thinking-Agentur mit rund 50 Köpfen verbinden wir starke Markenführung mit plattformspezifischer Exzellenz. Um unser Know-how und unser Angebot für Kunden strategisch auszubauen, suchen wir dich als Social Media Mastermind in unserer Beratungs-Unit.

DAS ERWARTET DICH:

  • Strategische Kundenberatung: Du bündelst Social Media Expertise, supportest Kreation und Beratung fachlich, begleitest Kundentermine auf Augenhöhe und machst Social Media als profitables Produkt für unsere Kunden erlebbar.
  • Platform Logic & Paid Media: Du steuerst und optimierst Performance- und Paid-Kampagnen (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads) und verwaltest Media-Budgets strategisch und rentabel.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Du übersetzt Kampagnendaten in messbare Business-Ergebnisse (z.B. Lead-Generierung, Recruiting-Erfolge) und machst den ROI für unsere Kunden sichtbar.
  • Schnittstelle zur Kreation: Du verstehst, dass Social Media aus Distribution und aus Kreation besteht. Du schreibst Briefings und briefst in Abstimmung mit dem Etatverantwortlichen die Kreation, damit Konzepte und Assets plattformspezifisch entwickelt werden.
  • Tool- & Prozess-Setup: Du führst professionelle Planungs- und Analytics-Tools ein und sicherst die strukturelle Weiterentwicklung unseres Social-Media-Angebots.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

  • Ausbildung: eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein (Hochschul-) Studium im Bereich Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Erfahrung: 2–4 Jahre fundierte (Agentur)-Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media Management, Digital-Beratung oder Performance-Marketing.
  • Beratungsstärke: Du bist kommunikationsstark, denkst betriebswirtschaftlich und hast die Sales-Power, um Social-Media-Mandate strategisch auszubauen.
  • Zahlenfokus: Du hast keine Angst vor dem Meta-Business-Manager oder Excel-Tabellen. Du steuerst Kampagnen datengetrieben und ergebnisorientiert.
  • Teamplayer im Matrix-System: Du schätzt den engen Austausch mit Kreation und klassischer Beratung.
  • Allrounder: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn und weiteren Plattformen.
