Dein Team Die Akademie in Eckernförde ist das Bildungszentrum für Sport-, Ernährungs- und Medizinfortbildungen der Dampsoft GmbH. Unser dreiköpfiges Team begleitet, entwickelt und organisiert Präsenz-, Hybrid- und Online-Veranstaltungen für medizinische Fachkräfte. Dabei wachsen wir stetig weiter und erschließen neue Themenfelder, unter anderem im Bereich Zahnmedizin. Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreicher Mix aus Bürojob und Eventarbeit sowie der Austausch mit Menschen aus Medizin, Sport und Ernährung.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Teilnehmenden und berätst sie telefonisch, schriftlich und vor Ort
  • Du organisierst und koordinierst Präsenz- und Hybridveranstaltungen von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbereitung und Auswertung
  • Du betreust unsere Lehrenden organisatorisch und koordinierst alle Abläufe rund um ihren Aufenthalt
  • Du begleitest Tagungen und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Seminar- oder Veranstaltungsmanagemen
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierung, Empathie und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Microsoft-365-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie einen kühlen Kopf in stressigen Situationen
