Brænder du for fødevaresikkerhed, og har du solid erfaring med kvalitetsstyring og HACCP? Dan Cake i Give vokser, og grundet stor travlhed søger vi nu en kvalitetskoordinator til vores dynamiske team. Vi producerer alt fra skærekager til cookies og befinder os midt i en spændende udviklingsproces. Udvidelse af fabrikken er netop taget i brug.

Om jobbet

Du får en selvstændig og afvekslende fuldtidsstilling med en bred berøringsflade på tværs af organisationen.

Dine primære opgaver bliver:

  • Vedligehold og udvikling af kvalitetsstyringssystemet og HACCP
  • HACCP-team deltagelse og intern audit
  • Risikovurdering af råvarer og udarbejdelse af prøveudtagningsplaner samt fysisk prøveudtagning
  • Deltagelse i den daglige drift via opfølgning på produktion og råvaremodtagelse
  • Medvirke til virksomhedens bevægelse mod mere digitaliseret dokumentation og til videreudvikling af vores sporbarhedssystem

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du har 5-7 års erfaring fra en lignende rolle i fødevareindustrien (gerne med bagerikendskab).

Derudover lægger vi vægt på, at du:

  • Har erfaring med HACCP-baserede ledelsessystemer (IFS og BRC)
  • Formulerer dig overbevisende på dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt (tysk er en fordel)
  • Arbejder struktureret, systematisk og har en udpræget ordenssans
  • Er en erfaren IT-bruger og har mod på nye digitale systemer
  • Er troværdig, lyttende og trives i teamsamarbejde
