Are you passionate about cars and love working with people? We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team at our Dan Cummins Ford dealership!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, answering questions and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs
  • Achieve sales goals set by the sales manager by selling a minimum number of vehicles
  • Explain product performance, features, and benefits, and present optional equipment to customers
  • Understand each customer’s unique vehicle needs through thoughtful questions and attentive listening
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales activities to improve efficiency and plan effectively
  • Offer test drives to prospects, ensuring proper identification and following dealership procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a positive team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
