Vi søger en engageret S&OP-koordinator til et barselsvikariat på 1 år.

Du vil blive en del af et dynamisk team i vores S&OP-afdeling, hvor vi sikrer, at vores logistik og forsyningskæde kører i højeste gear.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Logistikplanlægning: Du planlægger udlæsninger af containere fra frysehuse, så de når frem til kunderne til aftalt tid (ETA).
  • Produktionssamarbejde: Du sparrer tæt med produktionen for at sikre den rette lagerbeholdning i rette tid.
  • Myndighedskontakt: Du håndterer eksportdokumenter og sikrer et gnidningsfrit samarbejde med Fødevarestyrelsen.
  • Partnerkontakt: Du står for den daglige dialog og opfølgning med vores eksterne speditør, Blue Water Shipping.

Hvem er du?

  • Du arbejder struktureret og har gode evner inden for planlægning
  • Trives med administrative opgaver og har sans for detaljen (særligt i forhold til export dokumenter)
  • Er en stærk kommunikatør, der kan tale med både lagermedarbejdere, myndigheder og eksterne partnere på både dansk og engelsk
  • Bevarer roen når tingene går stærkt og planer skal justeres
  • Kendskab til excel er en fordel - vigtigst er dog at du er lærenem og har lyst til at lære nyt
