The posting

Do you want to play an important role in ensuring an efficient and flexible supply chain across our food processing factories? Are you able to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape where totality is one of the essential key words? Would you like to join a team in development and help shape the direction of the future work? Then this position may be interesting to you.

About the job

We are looking for a dedicated and structured Master Planner to join our Processed Production team at the head office in Randers. We are an area in development, which means you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the role and influence how we work going forward. You will play a key role in planning and coordinating production across our sites in Denmark, Germany and The Netherlands – with a focus on forecasting, capacity utilization, and network optimization.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Act as the central link between factory planners and demand planning to align production plans with demand forecasts.
  • Consolidate capacity data from multiple sites and translate it into actionable production strategies.
  • Be a key contributor in S&OE and S&OP forums to align operational execution with long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify and resolve planning bottlenecks by balancing production loads across sites.
  • Develop and maintain tools, such as capacity overviews, to enhance transparency and inform decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, including network optimization and implementing best practices.
  • Facilitate structured collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on priorities and constraints.
  • Conduct scenario planning to model different production and supply chain outcomes and proactively mitigate risks such as raw material shortages or demand fluctuations.
  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and improve planning accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery.

You take ownership of your projects

We seek a self-driven Master Planner to lead planning initiatives and enhance value by leveraging scale across our production network. You will oversee analysis, coordination, and implementation of improvements in your planning areas. A structured approach and stakeholder engagement are essential for ensuring alignment and commitment to solutions and changes.

Your ability to establish collaboration both inside and around your planning responsibilities and to influence functional teams throughout the organization is key for success in this role. Therefore, it is important that you can navigate and thrive in a complex stakeholder landscape, and that you apply your interpersonal skills to create meaningful relationships across the group.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Have a relevant B.Sc or M.Sc degree within supply chain OR a strong background in supply chain management & planning, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Be skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable plans and recommendations.
  • A solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and how planning decisions impact each stage.
  • Be Confidence working with Microsoft 365, particularly excel. Experience with planning systems (e.g. SAP APO, IBP, or similar) is considered an advantage.
  • Be proactive and structured, with a natural ability to anticipate challenges and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and collaboration across functions is key.
  • Be fluent in Danish and English — knowledge of German is considered an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
