Die DanMedical GmbH ist eine überregional verankerte private Spitexorganisation mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden mit Hauptsitz in Dübendorf ZH und einem weiteren Standort in St. Gallen. Wir unterstützen pflege\- und hilfsbedürftige Menschen zu Hause mit einem breiten Angebot an Dienstleistungen und schaffen damit optimale Lebensbedingungen.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams am Standort St. Gallen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Stellvertretende/r Pflegedienstleitung 80 – 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • InterRAI\-HC Bedarfsabklärungen sowohl bei Spitex\-Klienten als auch pflegenden Angehörigen inkl. Fallverantwortung
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung einer bedürfnisorientierten, bedarfs\- und fachgerechten Pflege der Klientinnen / Klienten zu Hause unter Berücksichtigung aktueller und evidenzbasierter Pflege\- und Behandlungskonzepten
  • Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung im fachlichen / organisatorischen Bereich, wie z.B. Koordination \& Begleitung der pflegenden Angehörigen
  • Dienstplangestaltung und Einsatzplanung
  • Aktive Stellvertretung der Pflegedienstleitung

Was du für die Stelle mitbringst

  • Ausbildung als diplomierte/r Pflegefachfrau/\-mann mit in der Schweiz anerkanntem Diplom
  • Spitexerfahrung
  • Sehr gute Perigon\-Anwenderkenntnisse, gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B
  • Führungsausbildung oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • Fundiertes Pflegefachwissen und Interesse an der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz mit Engagement für eine konstruktive, interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Organisatorisches Geschick und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
