The posting

DanRoots søger lige nu en medarbejder, der vil være med til at gøre en forskel inden for økologisk og konventionelt landbrug og som har stor interesse for planteavl.

Det er derfor en forudsætning, at du har erfaring med kørsel af moderne landbrugsmaskiner og har kendskab til planteproduktion.

Jobbet består af:

  • Høst af rodfrugter. Herunder kørsel med optager, krogvogn, aftopper og halmrive (Høstarbejdet foregår i ca. 12 måneder om året)
  • Mekanisk ukrudtsbekæmpelse med strigler, radrenser og brænder
  • Flytning af vandingsmaskiner
  • Transport af halm og neddækning af rodfrugter
  • Jodbehandling med fræser, grubber og harve
  • Tildeling af gødning
  • Vedligeholdelse af maskiner uden for sæsonen

Din profil

  • Du er under uddannelse som landmand eller maskinfører og skal have elevplads til foråret 2027
  • Du trives i et travlt miljø, hvor ikke 2 dage er ens
  • Du kan levere kvalitets- og præcisionsarbejde
  • Du er omstillingsparat, da hverdagen hurtigt kan tage en anden drejning, end planlagt
  • Du arbejder selvstændigt og har stærke faglige og tekniske kompetencer
  • Du er god til at arbejde i teams og kan bidrage med viden og nye ideer
  • Du har hjertet med i dit arbejde

  • Struktureret, detaljeorientere og kvalitetsbevidst
