Disponent til kørselsafdelingen i Vamdrup

Kan du planlægge og koordinere transport af biler på tværs af landet? Også under konstant tidspres i en travl og omskiftelig hverdag? Så er det måske dig, vi har brug for.

Om stillingen

Vi søger en disponent til vores indenrigskørsel, som skal planlægge og koordinere transporter og sikre en effektiv udnyttelse af biler, chauffører og kapacitet. Rollen omfatter både indenrigskørsel, import fra Sverige, haste- og særtransport.

Som disponent vil du blive en del af et effektivt og hårdtarbejdende team på 15 medarbejdere. Du er med til at sikre, at vi overholder aftalerne med vores kunder, udnytter og optimerer vores kapacitet bedst muligt – også når transportbehov opstår med kort varsel.

Opgaverne omfatter bl.a.:

  • Daglig planlægning og disponering af autotransporter til hele Danmark
  • Følge op og finde nye løsninger, når planerne ændrer sig
  • Koordinere med chauffører, kundeservice og vores terminaler.

Om dig

Du kender dit Danmarkskort og har erfaring med disponering eller kørselsplanlægning og forstår hverdagen i transportbranchen. Hvis du samtidig interesserer dig for biler, er det et ekstra plus.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du:

  • Bevarer overblikket og prioriterer, når flere opgaver presser sig på
  • Taler dansk og kommunikerer klart og positivt med chauffører og kolleger
  • Tager ansvar og finder løsninger med blik for kunden og driften
  • Er fortrolig med IT og lærer nye systemer hurtigt

  • Vi har mandag til fredag en disponent på morgenvagten 6:00-8:00
  • Efter aftale weekendvagt i spidsbelastningsperioder
