Salgskoordinator til kundeservice i Vamdrup – barselsvikariat

Har du et stærkt servicegen, trives du med mange kontaktflader, og kan du bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag? Vi søger en engageret salgskoordinator til vores kundeserviceafdeling i et barselsvikariat på ca. 12 måneder. Du bliver en vigtig del af den daglige kontakt med vores kunder og er med til at sikre, at biler og transportbestillinger håndteres korrekt og effektivt i vores systemer.

Om jobbet

Som salgskoordinator får du en alsidig hverdag, hvor kundeservice, koordinering og administrative opgaver går hånd i hånd. Du får tæt kontakt med både kunder, chauffører og kolleger på pladserne, og du bidrager til, at bilerne kommer sikkert og smidigt gennem vores processer.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Besvare mails og henvendelser fra kunder
  • Oprette og følge op på transportbestillinger
  • Registrere modtagelse af biler, der ankommer til pladserne
  • Udlevere biler og sikre korrekt registrering
  • Håndtere skadesanmeldelser og koordinere udbedring af skader
  • Varetage adgangskontrol af vores portsystemer
  • Bidrage til den løbende koordinering og opfølgning i kundeservice

Vi forestiller os, at du

  • Har erfaring med kundeservice eller administrative opgaver
  • Kommunikerer professionelt og imødekommende på dansk – både skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Arbejder struktureret, nøjagtigt og følger opgaverne til dørs
  • Kan bevare overblikket, når der er mange opgaver og henvendelser
  • Er fortrolig med IT og har let ved at lære nye systemer
  • Trives med samarbejde og samtidig kan arbejde selvstændigt
  • Du kan begå dig på engelsk i skrift og tale
