Vi søger dig, der:

· Er uddannet SSH, sygehjælper eller SSA

· Har gyldigt kørekort

· Er fagligt stærk, ansvarlig og omsorgsfuld

· Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig være en god holdspiller

· Har lyst til at skabe gode relationer til borgerne

· Vil være med til at udvikle Gribskovs bedste hjemmepleje

· Interesse for rehabilitering og faglig udvikling

· Erfaring med eller kendskab til Nexus, FMK, SEL, ÆLDRELOV og SUL

· Mødestabil og klar til fast aftenvagt i 7-7 rul med arbejdstid 15-23

Ansættelse

· Stillingen er på 28 timer pr. uge

· Opstart hurtigst muligt (vi venter gerne på den rette kandidat)

· Samtaler afholdes løbende
