Afdelingen består af ca. 50 dygtige og hjælpsomme chaufførkolleger, som alle finder det meningsfuldt at arbejde for et grønnere miljø, når der dagligt indsamles kar og sække med dåser og flasker hos ca. 500 af vores kunder rundt på hele Sjælland samt øerne.

Du vil have mulighed for at komme i kontrakt med mange forskellige mennesker hver dag, herunder butikker, restauranter, cafeer og virksomheder, som er vores kunder. Det er vigtigt for os, at du giver virksomhedens kunderne en god kundeservice og at du optræder ansvarligt og med respekt for andre mennesker.

Vi kan tilbyde dig en arbejdsuge på 37 timer pr. uge, med 12 timers arbejdsdage, i fast turnus, der vil være arbejdsdage om lørdagen. Det er vigtigt, at du er omstillingsparat og fleksibel i forhold til at hjælpe med at få den samlede indsamlingsplan til at gå op i en større enhed.

Vores kørselsmønster ligner distributionskørsel, hvorfor du skal forvente flere daglige stop.

Vognparken består af 16-24pallers forvogne, forvogn-hængere, el-forvogne samt specialfremstillede biler (BT biler). Det er vigtigt, at du som vores nye chauffør er indstiller på at kunne køre alle vores forskellige biler.

Når du søger jobbet som chauffør, er det vigtigt, at du:

Har følgende kørekort: B, C, førerkort

Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har kørekort: CE

Det er et krav, at du har truckkort

Besidder den lovpligtig chaufføruddannelse (EU kort)

Opfører dig professionelt og er serviceorienteret

Er fortrolig med en håndscanner

Kommunikerer tydeligt og ser muligheder i stedet for begrænsninger

Du skal kunne forstå og tale dansk til dagligdags brug, herunder føre enkle samtaler med kunder og kolleger, læse og forstå relevante dokumenter, skrive korte beskeder. Kan du tale engelsk er det en fordel med ikke et krav.

Ansættelsesforholdet følger Industriens Overenskomst (indgået mellem DIO 1 og CO-Industri).
