The posting

Danske Bank is the preferred bank for large corporate and institutional customers across the Nordics, and this role sits at the heart of the financial steering that helps LC&I deliver on that promise. As Finance Business Partner for the Markets IT Development area, you will translate financial insight into decisions that shape how three Tribes operate and invest. In return, you will grow your career within a collaborative team that values openness and genuine flexibility.

What you will be doing

You will join a dedicated team of Finance Business Partners anchored in LC&I Performance Management within the CFO Area. The team works closely with senior management across Markets IT Development, Payments, and Asset Management, sharing analysis that feeds directly into financial steering decisions. The atmosphere is informal and collaborative, with a shared belief that clear financial insight creates real value for the business.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

  • Act as Finance Business Partner for the Markets IT Development area, covering three Tribes
  • Represent the CFO Area in the area's management team meetings
  • Coordinate monthly and annual financial planning and analysis processes
  • Assess financial implications of prioritisation decisions and track expected benefits
  • Support a more data-driven approach to decision-making across the area

About you

  • Relevant master's-level degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience in FP&A, performance management, or business partnering is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through clear communication
  • Interest in data analytics and digitisation; strong Excel skills are an advantage
  • Comfortable navigating a large, complex organisation with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

If you have experience working alongside IT development teams or within a financial institution, that would be a welcome addition to the team.

What we offer you

This role offers you the chance to develop your finance career within one of the leading Nordic banks, working alongside colleagues who are genuinely committed to collaboration and knowledge sharing. We work in a hybrid model with three to four days per week in the office, balancing flexibility with a strong team culture. You will have access to learning opportunities and a working environment that encourages new approaches and personal growth.

Are you ready for the next step?

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply. Feel free to reach out to hiring manager, Muhammad Zohaib, at [email protected] or Strategic Investment Partner, Daniel Bahne Kvesel, at [email protected] if you have any questions about the role before applying.

We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible or by 22 November 2026 at the latest.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
