Er du skarp til detaljer, har du god forståelse for danske adresser og kender du forskel på offentlige institutioner, virksomheder og boligområder? Så er du måske den medarbejder, vi søger til vores PTL-afdeling hos DAO.

I PTL-afdelingen spiller du en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at breve sorteres korrekt første gang. Dit arbejde er med til at højne kvaliteten i produktionen og minimere antallet af forsendelser, der senere kræver manuel efterbehandling. Derfor søger vi en medarbejder med et godt overblik, stærk koncentrationsevne og en naturlig nysgerrighed på adresser, geografi og det danske samfund.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • Manuel sortering af breve ved PTL-stationer
  • Kontrol og vurdering af adresser på breve og forsendelser
  • Identificering af potentielle sorteringsfejl inden brevene sendes videre i produktionen
  • Arbejde med postnumre, vejnavne og modtagere for at sikre korrekt sortering
  • Håndtering af breve til offentlige institutioner, virksomheder og større organisationer
  • Kvalitetssikring af sorteringsprocessen
  • Samarbejde med kolleger i produktionen og efterbehandlingen

Din profil:

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Taler og læser dansk flydende
  • Har god forståelse for danske adresser, postnumre og geografi
  • Kender til danske offentlige institutioner, virksomheder og organisationer
  • Er detaljeorienteret og grundig
  • Trives med koncentrationskrævende opgaver
  • Arbejder struktureret og kvalitetsbevidst
  • Er ansvarsfuld og stabil
  • Kan bevare overblikket i et arbejdsmiljø med tempo

Det er en fordel, hvis du tidligere har arbejdet med post, logistik, administration eller andre opgaver, hvor præcision og kvalitet har været afgørende. Det vigtigste er dog din evne til at tænke logisk, arbejde selvstændigt og bidrage til en høj kvalitet i sorteringen.

Arbejdstid og løn:

Vi søger medarbejdere, der kan arbejde 3-5 vagter om ugen. Der vil være mulighed for en kombination af dag-, aften- og nattevagter, afhængigt af dine ønsker og afdelingens behov.

De aktuelle arbejdstider er:

  • Daghold: kl. 07.00-15.00
  • Aftenhold: kl. 15.00-23.00
  • Nathold: kl. 23.00-06.00

Der arbejdes alle ugens dage, og vi søger derfor fleksible medarbejdere, der kan indgå i en varieret vagtplan. Vi lægger vægt på stabilitet, mødesikkerhed og en positiv indstilling til samarbejdet med kollegerne.

Lønnen følger gældende overenskomst og lokalaftale og består af:

  • Grundløn: 158,45 kr. pr. time + 15,15 kr. fast timetillæg
  • 10 % indbetaling til Fritsvalgkonto
  • Aften- og weekendtillæg
