Healthcare trifft KI: Backend, das Krankenhäusern bessere Entscheidungen ermöglicht.

Bei DaphOS entwickelst du die Kernsysteme einer B2B-Healthcare-Plattform. Krankenhäuser planen und steuern damit ihre Prozesse und ihren Personalbedarf, und zwar schneller und fundierter. Du arbeitest eng mit Data Science zusammen und bringst ML/AI-Modelle von der Idee in den stabilen Produktivbetrieb. Dabei baust du skalierbare APIs, sorgst für eine saubere Architektur und hast direkten Einfluss auf das Produkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwirfst, entwickelst und betreibst skalierbare Backend-Services in Python.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Data-Science-Team machst du ML/AI-Modelle produktionsreif.
  • Du gestaltest Architekturentscheidungen rund um unsere Data Infrastructure mit (Pipelines, Storage).
  • Mit Reviews, Tests und technischen Standards sicherst du die Code-Qualität.
  • Features entwickelst du zusammen mit Frontend-Engineers, Data Scientists und Product Management.
  • Du treibst die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform aktiv voran.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Physik, Mathematik, Informatik o. ä.) oder nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Data Science, ML oder AI.
  • Du bringst ab ca. 5 Jahre professionelle Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Python mit.
  • Du kennst dich mit relationalen Datenbanken (PostgreSQL) und Cloud-Infrastruktur (Docker, Kubernetes) aus.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und willst in einem wachsenden Startup mitgestalten.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und/oder Englisch mindestens auf C1-Niveau.
  • Plus: Du hast Kenntnisse in Rust oder alternativ Go.
  • Klares Plus: Du hast schon eigenständig ML-Modelle entwickelt und trainiert.
  • Weiteres Plus: Du wohnst im Raum Graz, Wien oder Linz.
