Qualifications: • Knowledge of the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks in Science. • Excellence in teaching multiple levels of Physics and Chemistry. • An understanding of educational technology applications as they support student learning. • Ability to design and implement personalized learning experiences. • Strong background in project-based learning. • Understanding of the developmental level of secondary school students. • Experience addressing students’ diverse needs. • The use of data to inform instruction. • Experience in creating a collaborative learning environment. • The ability to set clear and high expectations for all students. • Experience in generating parent/family engagement. • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues. • Evidence of a continuing interest in his/her professional growth.
