Обязанности - Прием и размещение гостей - Внесение данных о гостях во внутреннюю систему управления хостелом - Показ комнат, выдача постельных принадлежностей - Работа с терминалом оплаты (прием оплаты за проживание) - Общение с гостями, консультирование по возникающим вопросам - Контроль работы горничных, поддержание чистоты и порядка - Разрешение конфликтных ситуаций - Своевременная подача заявок на ремонт - Работа с отзывами гостей - Организация и обеспечение эффективной деятельности хостела, управление персоналом и контроль выполнения задач - Постановка на миграционный учет иностранных граждан - Контроль продаж и загрузки хостела - Оптимизация расходов - Составление ежемесячного плана и ведение бюджета, выполнение утверждённого плана, увеличение прибыли и загрузки - Мониторинг конкурентов - Проверка отчетов администраторов - Контроль передачи смен: количество проживающих, заехавших, выехавших, сумма продаж - Ведение и контроль документооборота с клиентами (договора, доверенности, заявки, акты) - Контроль наличия и сохранности необходимой документации (информационные стенды, ФИО администратора, правила проживания, пожарная безопасность, журналы) - Ответственность за пожарную и санитарную безопасность - Выполнение служебных поручений непосредственного руководителя Требования - Знание миграционного законодательства - Опыт работы в программах "Скала" или "Контур" - Уверенный пользователь Excel - Знание СанПиНов и СНИПов по уборке и содержанию помещений - Знание требований Роспотребнадзора и МЧС - Опыт ведения журналов (учёт дезсредств, миграционный, пожарная безопасность, охрана труда, передача смен) - Знание программ гостиничного учёта будет преимуществом - Опыт работы с онлайн-системами бронирования (Booking, Островок, 101 отель) - Развитые коммуникативные навыки - Отсутствие вредных привычек Условия - Заработная плата выплачивается 2 раза в месяц - Официальное оформление по ТК РФ - Возможность проживания на территории хостела - График работы 6/1
