Responsabilité et missionsVos missionsMaintenance curative- Identifier l'origine de pannes, qu'elles soient électroniques (cartes, bus de terrain), mécaniques (cinématique de précision) ou liées aux fluides.-Assurer le remplacement de composants critiques (capteurs de précision, variateurs de fréquence, vérins hydrauliques de puissance) dans le respect des tolérances les plus strictes. Fiabilité (Préventif & Amélioration)-Pilotage du Plan de Maintenance : Exécuter les révisions périodiques pour garantir un taux de disponibilité machine optimal.-Ingénierie de terrain : Proposer et mettre en oeuvre des modifications techniques pour prolonger la durée de vie des équipements ou optimiser l'ergonomie des postes de travail.-Mise en service : Accompagner l'installation de nouveaux équipements, de la réception jusqu'au démarrage en production.Gestion des Données & Traçabilité -Administratif : Utiliser la GMAO pour documenter chaque action, permettant une analyse statistique des pannes.-Mise à jour documentaire : Garantir que chaque modification est reflétée dans les schémas électriques et les dossiers constructeurs.Lieu(x) de travailArrondissement de Liège Profil recherchéFormation et certification-Bachelier (Bac+3) en électromécanique ou CESS technique avec une expérience confirmée (min. 5 ans) en maintenance industrielle.- Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et diagnostic sur automates Siemens (TIA Portal), Fanuc ou Schneider.Rémunération : entre 41k et 50k annuel brut
