Pour un de nos clients situé à Vallorbe, nous recherchons actuellement un/e aide comptable à 40%

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Saisie et suivi des factures fournisseurs et clients
  • Gestion des débiteurs et créanciers
  • Suivi des paiements et relances clients
  • Réconciliation des comptes et contrôle des écritures comptables
  • Gestion et suivi des encaissements patients
  • Classement et archivage des documents comptables
  • Soutien administratif général au cabinet
  • Travail tous les après-midi, du mercredi au vendredi

Wir erwarten ##

  • Formation en comptabilité ou expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire de minimum 2 ans
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels comptables
  • À l'aise avec les chiffres et doté(e) d'un bon esprit analytique
  • Personne organisée, rigoureuse et autonome
  • Sens de la discrétion et respect de la confidentialité
  • Une expérience dans le domaine médical constitue un atout
