Unser Auftraggeber ist ein etabliertes Bau- und Planungsunternehmen in der Region St. Gallen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Bauprojektleitung, Baumanagement und Kostenkontrolle im Hochbau. Betreut werden anspruchsvolle Neubau- und Umbauprojekte für private und gewerbliche Auftraggeber.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die selbstständige Leitung und Koordination von Hochbauprojekten.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Neubau- und Umbauprojekte im Hochbau.

  • Sie steuern und koordinieren Projekte von der Ausführung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Auftraggeber.
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und Qualität.
  • Vor Ort führen und koordinieren Sie Unternehmer, Handwerker und Fachplaner.
  • Bei Bedarf erstellen Sie kleinere Plananpassungen selbstständig.
  • Sie verantworten die Kostenkontrolle, die Abrechnung sowie die Begleitung der Garantiephase.
  • Mit Ihrer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Projektverlauf.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner/in oder Techniker/in Hochbau.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine Weiterbildung als Bauleiter/in abgeschlossen oder befinden sich aktuell in einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung.
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Bauprojektleitung von Neubau- und Umbauprojekten in der Schweiz.
  • Der Umgang mit Bauadministrationssoftware ist Ihnen vertraut.
  • Kenntnisse in ArchiCAD sind von Vorteil.
  • Im Umgang mit Unternehmern, Fachplanern und Auftraggebern treten Sie sicher und durchsetzungsstark auf.
  • Kostenbewusstsein, Termintreue und Eigenverantwortung zeichnen Ihre Arbeitsweise aus.
