Unser Kunde ist ein dynamisches KMU im Seeland, das seit über 24 Jahren massgeschneiderte Lösungen und Eigenfabrikate für eine erstklassige Kundschaft realisiert. Im vielseitigen Maschinenpark werden Rohmaterialien aller Art zu Einzel- und Serienteilen verarbeitet - von einfachen bis zu hochkomplexen Werkstücken. Konventionelle Bearbeitung und CNC-Fertigung gehören zum täglichen Geschäft. Qualität hat dabei höchste Priorität.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dynamische Fachperson.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen
  • Überwachen und Optimieren der Produktionsprozesse
  • Herstellen hochgenauer Frästeile
  • Sicherstellen der Produktionsqualität
  • Prüfen der gefertigten Einzel- und Serienteile

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Polymechanik, Produktionsmechanik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse der Fanuc- und Haas-Steuerungen oder die Bereitschaft, diese kennenzulernen
  • Erfahrung im Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit AlphaCAM
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit 3-Achs-Bearbeitungszentren mit zusätzlicher 4. Achse beziehungsweise Teilapparat
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Effiziente, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
