Unser Kunde bietet Ihnen schweizweite Transportlogistik im unbegleiteten kombinierten Verkehr. Dabei erfolgt der längste Transportweg auf der Schiene, was zu einer starken Reduktion der Vor- und der Nachlaufstrecken auf der Strasse führt. Als Ihr Partner kümmern sie sich um alle Belange in der Transportlogistik (single point of contact). Sie überwachen die gesamte Transportkette permanent und übernehmen verantwortungsbewusst die Feinverteilung der Waren bis auf Stufe Paletten oder Rollwagen.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Personelle Führung der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden sowie aller in der Schicht zur Verfügung stehenden Hoflogistiker/-innen und Rangierspezialist/-innen,
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes sowie der Transportkette mittels EDV und dessen Nachverfolgbarkeit
  • Sicherstellung eines optimalen und zeitgerechten Verlads der Züge
  • Koordination der Rangierabläufe mittels spezieller Software
  • Ein- und Ausgangskontrolle der Züge und Sicherstellung der elektronischen Erfassung
  • Sicherstellung für das Einhalten der Kühlkette
  • Mithilfe beim Verladen der Züge
  • Proaktive Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern
  • Kontrolle und Ablage/Weiterleitung von Lieferpapieren und Rapporten (Verantwortlich)
  • Kontrolle, Erfassung und Weiterleitung von Schäden und Mängeln an Fahrzeugen und Infrastruktur sowie Mitarbeit bei der Fahrzeugkontrolle
  • Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung unserer Softwaretools
  • Kontrolle über die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Vorschriften
  • Organisation von Entspannungen und kleinen Reparaturen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Reinigungsarbeiten in der Abteilung und an den Fahrzeugen organisieren und durchfüh-ren
  • Mitarbeit im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
  • Mitverantwortung für Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Hub
  • Hubübergreifende Zusammenarbeit bzw. Absprache

Wir erwarten ##

  • Führungserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Logistikbranche
  • Ausbildung zum Rangierer
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Lösungsorientierung
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste, stabile und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent mit einem vernetzten Denken
  • Teamplayer mit einer gesunden Hartnäckigkeit
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtarbeit (Montag bis Sonntag)
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, vorzugsweise im Umgang mit modernen Dispositions-tools (z.B. WANKO)
  • Zwingend Führerausweis Kat. B, Kat C bzw. C/E von Vorteil
  • Gutes Technisches Verständnis
  • Erfahrung im Wechselbrückenbereich und im Kühlbereich/Lebensmittelbereich von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Ladungssicherung sowie der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen AZG/ARV von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in der Sprache des Landesteils, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
