Unser Auftraggeber in der Region Olten - Solothurn, ist ein erfolgreiches Schweizer Industrieunternehmen mit langjähriger Tradition und hoher Fertigungskompetenz. Das Unternehmen produziert und vertreibt technische Produkte für anspruchsvolle Kunden im In- und Ausland.

Zur Verstärkung des Führungsteams suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung in der Lager- und Logistikleitung.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Lager-, Transport- und Verpackungslogistik
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 19 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Bestandstransparenz sowie Verantwortung für Inventuren
  • Organisation und Weiterentwicklung interner und externer Lagerstandorte
  • Steuerung und Betreuung externer Logistikdienstleister
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Bewirtschaftung des gesamten Warenlagers
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Ein- und Auslagerungsprozesse mithilfe moderner ERP-Systeme
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung logistischer Prozesse und Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten und der Integration externer Lagerprozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Beschaffung, Produktion, Verkauf, Transportdisposition, Qualitätssicherung und IT
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei Bedarf

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik sowie mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik
  • Weiterbildung als Logistikfachperson, Logistikleiter/in, Techniker/in HF Unternehmensprozesse oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrie- oder Handelsunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Lager-, Materialfluss- und Distributionsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lagerstandorten und Logistikdienstleistern
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Freude daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
