Unser Kunde ist ein in der dritten Generation familiengeführtes Unternehmen. Es ist im Bereich Bau und Immobilien tätig. Mit einer starken Markposition im Grossraum Aarau und Seetal steht das Unternehmen für Qualität, Flexibilität, Kompetenz, Leidenschaft und Verantwortung. Zur Verstärkung wird eine Mitarbeiter/in Betriebsunterhalt 50% gesucht.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Regelmässige selbständige Rundgänge zur Überprüfung des Objektzustands
  • Dokumentation der Objektzustände mit entsprechender Meldung an den Vorgesetzten
  • Überwachung der Haustechnik
  • Unterhaltsarbeiten und kleine Reparaturen in Gebäuden
  • Umgebungarbeiten
  • Beschaffung von Verbrauchsmaterial
  • Recycling und Abfallbewirtschaftung
  • Bereitstellung von Mobiliar und Eventraum
  • Unterhalt und Pflege von Einsatzfahrzeug, Maschinen und Werkzeugen
  • Betreuung Hausleitsystem
  • Unterstützung bei Winterdienst und Pikettdienst

Wir erwarten ##

  • Ausbildung als Hauswart/in BP/FA, Fachperson Betriebsunerhalt EFZ, Unterhaltspraktiker/in EBA oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Betriebsunterhalt
  • Allrounder-Qualitäten und Bereitschaft, im Betrieb flexibel mitzuhelfen
  • Selbstständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Führerschein Kat. B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliche Umgang mit Kundschaft
