Unser Auftraggeber mit Sitz in der Region Freiamt AG realisiert anspruchsvolle Montageprojekte in der gesamten Schweiz sowie im angrenzenden Ausland. Zum Leistungsspektrum gehören die Montage von Logistikanlagen, Hochregallagern, Fördertechnik und Maschinenkomponenten.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste Führungspersönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Führung von Montageteams.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Führung, Einsatzplanung und Koordination von Montageteams mit bis zu 15 Mitarbeitenden
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs
  • Organisation und Bewirtschaftung des Materials auf den Baustellen
  • Durchführung von Vermessungen sowie Qualitätskontrollen vor Ort
  • Dokumentation und Protokollierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnerunternehmen
  • Koordination mit weiteren Gewerken und Projektbeteiligten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Montagearbeiten sowie Unterstützung des Teams bei Bedarf
  • Verantwortung für die termin- und fachgerechte Ausführung der Projekte

Wir erwarten ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anlagen-, Maschinen-, Stahlbau- oder Industriemontage
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Montageteams oder Baustellenmannschaften
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz sowie für gelegentliche Einsätze im angrenzenden Ausland
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B

Von Vorteil bringst du noch folgendes mit:

  • Staplerausweise R1, R2, R4, S2 oder S3
  • Hebebühnenausweise 1a, 1b, 3a oder 3b
  • Ausbildung PSAgA sowie Anschlagen von Lasten
  • Führerausweis Kategorie BE
  • Kranausweise Kategorie A oder C
