Für unsere Filiale in Basel suchen wir eine zusätzliche Persönlichkeit, die mitanpacken, Verantwortung übernehmen und gemeinsam mit uns etwas bewegen möchte.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Personalberater/in agierst du wie ein/e Unternehmer/in innerhalb des Unternehmens. Das bedeutet, dass du dir eigenständig ein Netzwerk aus Arbeitnehmern und Arbeitgebern aufbaust. Du triffst die Entscheidung, welches Personal zu welcher Einsatzfirma vermittelt wird, und führst die entsprechenden Gespräche selbständig. Zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehört folgendes:

  • Telefonische Akquise
  • Bewerbungsgespräche führen
  • Bedarfsanalyse bei deinen Kunden durchführen
  • Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Und weitere Administrative Tätigkeiten

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene EFZ-Ausbildung im Baugewerbe oder einem baunahen Bereich
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau sowie sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Spanisch und/oder Portugiesisch (zwingend)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Region Basel, Eigeninitiative und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Eine kommunikative, offene und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit
  • Führerschein Kat. B
