Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreiches und etabliertes Unternehmen in der Ostschweiz, das sich auf anspruchsvolle Arbeiten in den Bereichen Gebäudehülle, Flachdach und Spenglerei spezialisiert hat.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine unternehmerisch denkende und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter Gebäudehülle. Gesucht wird kein reiner Büroplaner, sondern ein praxisorientierter Fachmann, der sein Handwerk versteht, Verantwortung übernimmt und Projekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe begleitet.

Projektleiter Gebäudehülle (m/w/d) Flachdach \| Spenglerei \| Gebäudehülle

• Selbstständige Leitung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudehülle • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe • Projektkalkulation sowie Erstellung von Offerten und Nachkalkulationen • Termin\-, Kosten\- und Qualitätskontrolle während der Projektabwicklung • Führung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Koordination von Subunternehmen • Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Stellen • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Projektumsetzung Weitere Informationen erhältst du bei Hans Eugster unter .

Wir erwarten: • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Flachdachabdichter, Spengler oder vergleichbare handwerkliche Grundausbildung • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung innerhalb der Gebäudehüllenbranche • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation, Projektorganisation und Mitarbeiterführung • Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen EDV\-Anwendungen • Erfahrung mit SORBA von Vorteil • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Führerausweis Kategorie B • Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
