Stellenbeschreibung ##

Finanzbuchhaltung/Controlling:

  • Gesamtverantwortung Finanzbuchhaltung - Führung der gesamten Buchhaltung im ERP-System Abacus
  • Führung von Hauptbuch und Kasse - Buchungen, Abstimmungen und Verwaltung
  • Abschlüsse - Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Auswertungen & Abstimmungen - z. B. Umsatzbonus, Kostenstellen, DB-Margen

Kreditorenbuchhaltung:

  • Selbstständige Führung der Kreditoren - Erfassen von Lieferanten, Bearbeitung und Verbuchen von Lieferantenrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Zahlläufen
  • Bearbeitung von Spesen- und Kreditkartenabrechnung

Debitorenbuchhaltung:

  • Selbstständige Führung der Debitoren - Verbuchung von Rechnungen und Zahlungseingängen
  • Mahnwesen und Inkasso
  • Mitarbeit bei der Pflege des Kundenstamms

Steuern und Banken:

  • MWST-Abrechnungen - Erstellung der MWST-Abrechnung für Schweiz und Deutschland
  • Bankwesen - Ermittlung des Bankbestands und Kontrolle von Bankgarantien

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanzwesen
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie im Mahnwesen
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenflair mit Kenntnissen in der MWST Schweiz und Deutschland
  • Eine belastbare und mitdenkende Persönlichkeit mit präziser und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; Erfahrung mit Abacus von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse (Englisch/Französisch) von Vorteil
