Seit über 35 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe, Handwerk, Technik, Industrie.

Für unseren Kunden, ein modernes Treuhandunternehmen mit rund 30 Mitarbeitenden an den Standorten Rapperswil-Jona, Arbon und Wattwil, suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch ein junges, motiviertes Team aus und betreut seine Mandantinnen und Mandanten persönlich, kompetent und ganzheitlich in den Bereichen Treuhand, Steuern und Wirtschaftsprüfung. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine passende Persönlichkeit für den Standort Rapperswil.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Fundament: Eine kaufmännische Grundbildung und erste Berufspraxis in der Treuhandbranche.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest exakt, selbstständig und verlierst auch bei viel Betrieb nicht den Überblick.
  • Mindset: Du bist motiviert, pflichtbewusst und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeit.
  • Tools: Idealerweise hast du schon mit Abacus, Bexio und Dr. Tax gearbeitet.
  • Digitalaffinität: Du bist digital affin. Papierlose Prozesse begeistern dich und du findest dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Treuhand-Alltag: Du unterstützt unsere Mandatsleiter/innen bei der Buchführung, den Abschlüssen und im Lohnwesen. Unsere erfahrenen Mandatsleiter/innen stehen dir dabei mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
  • Steuern: Du erstellst Steuererklärungen für Privatpersonen sowie Unternehmen.
  • Interne Prozesse: Du unterstützt bei der internen Fakturierung und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserer eigenen Buchhaltung zusammen.
  • Office Management: Zusammen mit anderen Sachbearbeiter/innen bist du die Visitenkarte unseres Standortes! Ihr betreut abwechslungsweise das Sekretariat (Telefon, Post, Empfang).
