Pour le compte de l-un de nos clients, un établissement situé dans la région de Porrentruy, nous recherchons un·e second·e de cuisine expérimenté·e, capable d-allier exigence culinaire et maîtrise d-une production en volume propre à la restauration collective.

L-objectif de cette fonction est clair : faire évoluer la qualité et l-identité de la cuisine tout en garantissant une organisation fluide, rigoureuse et efficace au quotidien.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Assister le chef de cuisine dans l-organisation quotidienne de la brigade
  • Participer à l-élaboration et à la mise en valeur de plats soignés et savoureux
  • Veiller à la qualité constante des préparations, tant sur le fond que sur la forme
  • Gérer les flux de service en assurant rapidité, efficacité et régularité
  • Superviser l-équipe en l-absence du chef et favoriser une bonne ambiance de travail
  • Appliquer et faire respecter les normes d-hygiène (HACCP) et de sécurité

Wir erwarten ##

  • Expérience avérée comme second·e de cuisine, idéalement en semi-gastronomique ET en restauration collective
  • Solides compétences techniques et sens du détail
  • Capacité à encadrer une équipe et à travailler sous pression
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et esprit d-initiative
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes d-hygiène et de sécurité
  • Permis de travail valide en Suisse (ou statut de frontalier accepté)
