Promoter/in & Flyerverteiler/in (m/w/d) gesucht

Wir suchen ab sofort zuverlässige und engagierte Promoter/innen und Flyerverteiler/innen für die regelmäßige Bewerbung unserer Kampfkunstzentren in Marburg und Gießen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören neben der klassischen Flyerverteilung und Promotion auch die aktive Ansprache von Menschen im öffentlichen Raum, sowie die Neukundengewinnung. Du gehst auf potenzielle Interessenten freundlich und offen zu, informierst sie über unser Angebot und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Werbematerialien gezielt in Cafés, Kneipen, Geschäften, Bäckereien, Tankstellen und weiteren passenden Einrichtungen ausgelegt werden.

Du bist:

  • Souverän, offen und kommunikativ
  • freundlich und sicher im Umgang mit Menschen
  • motiviert und zuverlässig
  • hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 Sprachniveau wünschenswert)
  • hast ein gepflegtes und sympathisches Auftreten
  • traust dich, aktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen und sie anzusprechen
  • hast Spaß an Promotion, Kundenkontakt und Neukundengewinnung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • regelmäßige Verteilung unserer Werbeflyer
  • gezielte Flyerverteilung in Cafés, Kneipen, Geschäften, Bäckereien, Tankstellen etc.
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu lokalen Geschäften und Einrichtungen
  • aktive Straßenakquise und persönliche Ansprache potenzieller Kunden
  • Vorstellung unseres Kampfkunstzentrums und unserer Angebote
  • Unterstützung bei der Neukundengewinnung
  • ggf. Unterstützung bei Aktionen und Promotionveranstaltungen

Wichtig: Während des Semesterbeginns (April/Mai sowie Oktober/November) besteht ein deutlich erhöhter Arbeitsbedarf. Diese Zeiten sollten von dir zuverlässig abgedeckt werden können.
