Die Data Dynamic Informatic AG (DDIAG) ist ein etabliertes Schweizer Unternehmen für IT\- und ERP\-Dienstleistungen. Wir unterstützen Schweizer KMU mit massgeschneiderten IT\-Lösungen, moderner IT\-Infrastruktur und umfassenden Dienstleistungen rund um die SelectLine Business Software.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Administrationsteams am Standort Köniz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an vielseitigen administrativen Aufgaben hat, Verantwortung übernimmt und auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick behält und Prioritäten richtig setzt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Abwicklung des administrativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Bearbeitung von Offerten, Aufträgen und Kundenbestellungen
  • Betreuung des Debitoren\- und Kreditorenwesens
  • Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden und Koordination eingehender Anfragen
  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungsterminen
  • Geschäftskorrespondenz in deutscher und französischer Sprache
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

Du bringst mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung mit Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Affinität zu digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, gute ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Selbständigkeit und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben sinnvoll zu priorisieren
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und effiziente Arbeitsweise, auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung
  • Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Zuverlässige, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen, idealerweise SelectLine, von Vorteil
