Zur Verstärkung unseres IT\-Teams am Standort Köniz suchen wir per 01\.02\.2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine selbständige, lösungsorientierte und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an vielseitigen IT\-Aufgaben hat und unsere Kunden bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer IT\-Infrastrukturen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von kleineren Projekten
  • Mithilfe Planung und Umsetzung bei grösseren Projekten
  • First\-, Second\- und Third\-Level\-Support
  • System\- und Serverwartung, Betreuung
  • Administration von Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Lizenzmanagement
  • Erstellen von einfachen Offerten
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Auslieferung Arbeitsplätze, Preload
  • Cloud\-Integrationen (Microsoft 365 / DDI Cloud)
  • Support, Betrieb und Unterhalt bestehender IT\-Infrastrukturen (Cloud und OnPrem)
  • Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT\-Angebote wie Monitoring, Backup, etc.
  • Administration, Installation und Planung der Windows\-Systemlandschaft
  • (Windows\-Server 2016 – 2025, Windows 11\)
  • Erstellen von Systemdokumentationen und deren Aktualisierungen
  • Telefonsupport und Aussendiensteinsätze
  • SLA\-Vereinbarungen auf Cloud\- und OnPremise\-Umgebungen umsetzen

Du bringst mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT\-Ausbildung (Support; Systemtechnik)
  • Erfahrungen im Betrieb und Unterhalt von IT\-Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Server\-, Storage und Netzwerkarchitektur
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungen (Hyper\-V und Azure)
  • Erfahrung mit Backup (Acronis Cyber Backup) und Firewall (SOPHOS) von Vorteil
  • Kenntnis mit Microsoft 365 Plattformen
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständiges, zuverlässiges und exaktes Arbeiten
  • Kommunikativ und eine hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Neue Herausforderungen gehst Du mit Freude und Kreativität an
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Teamplayer
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
